Richard was a scoutmaster for 26 years. During that time he helped over 50 young men achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. He was honored as Scoutmaster of the Year two different times. Richard has been a role model for young men all of his life, and continues to support the Scouting program. This is Richard's son, Tony, receiving his Eagle Scout Award. All 5 of his sons achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
