I participated in a forum with Speaker of the House Rusty Bowers, Representative Nutt and Representative Griffin at Eastern Arizona College where they listened to local concerns about water. I also attended the Governor's Non-Active Management Area Ground Water Committee meeting, where several issues were brought up about well metering and the purpose of the data collected. Is it to stymie growth in the rural areas and find water for the population growth centers? I am working to get answers to these questions.
